Thanks to numbers of heavy duty CNC machining center and other CNC machine tools, and conventional machine tools, DAFU is able to produce very large CNC press brake machine such as ZYB-1000Ton, in order to make sure bending performance, we’re building machines according to rules: The body is steel welded with the fixture installed at one time. It is processed by numerical control BUTLER machining center, ensuring high rigidity and processing accuracy; The die sections have different lengths, which can be combined with a certain width to meet the processing requirements of special workpieces; The numerical control systems are top brand Holland Delem's DA66W. The DA-66W CNC press brake controller combines user-friendliness with efficient programming and reliability, increasing machine productivity. The system offers 2D graphical programming that includes automatic bend sequence calculation and collision detection. Together with self-learning databases this will lead to a good result of the desired product. The full 3D machine set-up includes multiple tool stations and offers true feedback on product feasibility and handling. Highly effective control algorithms optimize the machine cycle and minimize set-up time. This makes using press brakes easier, more efficient and more versatile than ever. Windows networking ensures easy integration in your production network. The controller can be accessed from anywhere in the network and product data can be stored at the desired network locations. Housed in a tough and sturdy cabinet, the DA on Windows control is based on state-of-the-art industrial electronics and equipped with a high quality color LCD (TFT) screen.
