Press Brake CNC ZYB-200T

There are two types of working tables of CNC sheet metal bending machine ZYB-200ton that we built, regular type and concave-convex type. Regular type working table could equip with die of four sides with grooves, heavy duty CNC press brake could equip with universal die; concave-convex working table regularly equips with segmented concave-convex die, which is suitable for high precision bending works, such as tiny pieces or boxes. Back gauge of CNC press brakes are driven by servo motors, high programming accuracy of CNC control system, swift reaction. Upper slider of CNC press brake is controlled by proportional valve, controlled by CNC system, to realize balance of cylinders, and make sure synchronous movement of both cylinders to increase bending accuracy.

Press Brake CNC ZYB-200Ton could be equipped with CNC controller Delem’s DA-56, basic introduction of The compact The compact DA-56 provides easy CNC programming with the Delem 2D graphical product design tool. Machine adjustment and test bends are reduced to a minimum because of the quick and easy to use bend sequence determination tool;The CNC program is generated with a one touch key stroke; You are ready to make the first part since all axes positions are automatically computed and the bend sequence has already been simulated on the screen with the machine and tools in real scale;In the production mode of the DA-56 the operator can graphically simulate the bend process of the product guiding him during the press brake operation;The basic machine control functions are Y1-Y2 and X axis, optionally a second back gauge axis can be used as R/Z or X2 axis. Also the crowning function is standard on board.

200=65×T2×3.2/8×T, so thickness of normal steel plate T≈7.7mm
