Advanced imported CNC system of CNC Hydraulic Press ZYB-250Ton to make sure high accuracy; Multi-axes control of back gauge is available and could be expanded up to 6 axes, i.e., X1, X2 axes for forward and backward, R1, R2 for upward and downward, Z1, Z2 for left and right movement; The frame of our CNC press brake is formed and assembled once after welding, components of machine body are machined by German made CNC gantry machining center with capacity up to 20meters, to ensure rigidity and machining accuracy of machine body.

CNC Hydraulic Press ZYB-250Ton could be equipped with CNC controller DA-65R. The Delem retrofit solution is based on the current Windows system. This user-friendly system, with its self-learning databases and graphical programming facilities that include automatic bend sequence calculation and collision detection, makes controlling press brakes easier and more versatile than ever. Housed in a tough and sturdy cabinet, the control continues to use Delem’s familiar and intuitive user interface, which is displayed on the standard color LCD (TFT) screen. Windows networking allows easy integration with your production network so that the controller can be accessed from anywhere in the network and product data can be stored at the desired network locations.
