Dafu’s hydraulic guillotine shear is featured in: 1) Germany imported bite type tube fittings to avoid leakage of oil piping, this design is much better than welded piping, standard valve is supplied by Italy Aron and Germany Bosch; 2) gap of cutting tool is adjustable manually at two backside of machine, cutting degree is also adjustable from 1-3 degree according to actual thickness of plate to cut; 3) front control panel control back gauge feed in the range 10-750mm, there is optional laser guard cover available as optional; 4) safety foot switch, when step out of foot switch, upper cutting tool will go back to upper limit position automatically; 5) separated plate hold downs system, stress of hold downs is adjustable; 6) double oil pump system of cutting oil pump and plate hold downs oil pump; 7) available Italy HT071 and NC89 single axis controller.
